Policies:
We rent our cabins by advance reservations only on a first-come, first-serve basis, no walk-ins. $150 deposit is required when making reservations. All reservations are confirmed and guaranteed. Confirmations will be sent by email upon receipt of deposit check or credit card charge. Entire rental balance is due at least 30 days before your booked arrival date, plus a separate personal check of $50 for a refundable cleaning and damage deposit.

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full by certifed funds (credit card or money order), plus a $50 refundable cleaning and damage deposit.

If your dates are available and you do include credit card info, you authorize us to charge your card for the cabin and up to $50 for any cleaning needed or damage. If we do not receive your cleaning and damage deposit and there is damage or cabin is left messy, you authorize us to charge your card without additional notice to you.

Confirmation - Confirmation of the reservation will be mailed, faxed, or emailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advance payment.

Taxes: All rates are subject to Sales and accommodation tax of 10% required by NC law, and a LandFill fee of $10.

Weather: We assume no responsibility for the weather. In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, due to weather, No Refund will be given. A confirmation and paid deposit obligates both Turnstone Log Cabin Rentals and guests for the entire length of stay reserved.

Cleaning & Damage: Guest(s) are required to leave the property in the same general condition it was when Guest(s) arrived. Dishes should be cleaned and put away but beds do not need to be made. Owner will dust, vacuum, sanitize, and clean all towels and linens upon your departure. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit. Guest(s) is responsible for any damage, abuse, excessive cleanup requirements, or loss caused by any member of Guest(s) party to the property or its contents during Guest(s) occupancy. Inspectors walk through each property after checkout to ensure the property is left in good order. The persons renting will assume fully responsibility for the cabin and it's contents while he or she is our guest. Any excessive cleaning or damage to the cabin will be deducted from your damage deposit or charged to your credit card.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Cancellations are not accepted via phone. You must mail or email your request to cancel. We will then reply notifying you that your reservation has been cancelled.

If we are notified more than 31 days OR MORE in advance of scheduled arrival date, your deposit less $50 (administration fee) will be refunded to you.

Cancellations or changes occurring within 30 days will result in forfeiture of entire rental amount.

NO SHOW POLICY - The total amount of the reservation will be charged.
